SPOUSES' LUNCHEON RESERVATION POLICY
1. Luncheons are the second Thursday of every month. To guarantee a seat at an FRCSC luncheon, each person must make a reservation and pay online by the published deadline. Payments are non-refundable after the deadline.
2. Luncheon reservations must be paid online through the provided link before the deadline. All FRCSC members will receive an email approximately two weeks prior to the event date. Once you have made your purchase, you should receive a confirmation email verifying that you have completed the payment and paid for your luncheon reservation. Your payment is your reservation. If you do not receive this confirmation, please contact the Reservation Chairperson at reservationsfrcsc@gmail.com.
3. FRCSC members are allowed to bring friends and family as (paying) guests. FRCSC members can pay for their guest through the online payment system. A guest who is eligible to become a FRCSC member may only attend one FRCSC luncheon as a guest. For subsequent events they must become a member.
4. Please do not call the event location as they do not handle FRCSC reservations. Persons who walk into a FRCSC luncheon with no reservation or payment will be admitted only if space is available.
5. Children under the age of six months are welcome at the luncheons, but we ask that you make child care arrangements for children over six months.
6. We understand that some of our members have dietary restrictions that prohibit them from enjoying some of our menu items during our FRCSC luncheons. The cost for FRCSC luncheons includes venue fee and other costs, and not only the food. For this reason, we are unable to adjust the price of the event for our members who cannot enjoy all of the items on the menu. We apologize for any inconvenience.
